We used RE solutions for 4 years as property managers and then the sales team when we ended up selling our house. Overall, we were very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them.
The property management team was great and communicated well if any issues came up, gave us annual inspection reports with tons of photos, and would almost always respond within a couple hours to any questions we had. The only negative in 4 years was an overlooked water heater issue that ended up needing to be replaced, but they credited us for the expense since it was their oversight.
On the real estate side, Belinda was fantastic. Was super impressed with the market research she did and the weekly roll-ups of activity on the house. The house was under contract in under 2 weeks, and then she gave us super clear guidance on every step until closing. Then she arranged a mobile notary for us that took care of everything for the signing. Can’t say enough good things about her.
